Melt Chocolate:
Place the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring each time, until the chocolate is completely melted and smooth. Alternatively, melt the chocolate using a double boiler on the stove, stirring constantly until smooth.
Prepare Muffin Tin:
Line a standard muffin tin with paper or silicone cupcake liners.
Assemble the Cups:
Spoon a small amount of melted chocolate into each cupcake liner, spreading it up the sides to form a shell. Use the back of a spoon or a small brush to ensure an even coating of chocolate.
Add Peanut Butter Filling:
Place a spoonful of the peanut butter filling into each chocolate-coated cup, pressing down gently to flatten and spread the filling.
Top with More Chocolate:
Cover the peanut butter filling with more melted chocolate, smoothing the top to seal in the filling completely.
