  1. Prepare the oven and preheat it to 150 degrees C or 300 degrees F.
  2. Line with parchment paper the inside of two baking sheets.
  3. Add onion powder, egg yolk, mashed avocado, and garlic powder into a large mixing bowl. Beat everything until well incorporated.
  4. In the bowl of the stand mixer, add the cream of tartar and egg whites. Beat them until stiff peaks form.
  5. Add the egg whites slowly into the bowl with the avocado mixture, then beat continuously until well incorporated.
  6. Scoop 1/4 cup of the batter and form it into a ball. Put it onto a baking sheet. Repeat the process until you get 12 balls.
  7. Flatten each ball with a spatula.
  8. Top each dough with sesame seeds.
  9. Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for half an hour or until they turn golden brown.
  10. Remove the bread from the oven and baking sheet. Allow them to cool for at least an hour at room temperature.
  11. Serve and enjoy!

Notes:
