Ingredients:
4 to 6 Cooked boneless chicken breasts (cubed or sliced)
6 Slices of your preferred Swiss cheese
1 can Cream of chicken soup (low salt), diluted with 1/4 Cup water. (Tip: For extra sauce, use two cans and double the sour cream!)
1/2 Cup sour cream
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 Cup melted butter
1/4 Cup onion (finely minced or go bold with whole onion rings)
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 325°F.
Mix melted butter and onions; set aside.
Lay out the cooked chicken in a greased glass dish.
Layer with Swiss cheese.
Pour the diluted soup and sour cream over the chicken.
Season with pepper.
Drizzle the butter-onion mix over everything.
Bake uncovered for 1 1/2 hours.
