Not all DIY projects are made to be functional. This is something that most of us have a hard time processing. You can spend a lot of time woking on a table for it to end up being beautiful yet completely useless.
We would never want a table like this one in our dining areas, but we love to look at it. Perhaps, if it had just a slight modification, it could become useful again. For example, adding a piece of glass on top.
