Procedure:

Clean the peel of oranges and lemons using a mixture of baking soda and water. Thoroughly brush the fruits and rinse them with plenty of water.
Remove the top rind from the fruits, eliminating the white part that could add bitterness. Make sure to clean the white part of the lemons as well.
Cut the fruits into pieces and place them in a pot with 3 liters of water.
Bring the mixture to a boil and cook for 15 minutes.
After cooking, grind the fruits in a blender and filter the resulting pulp.
In a new pot, bring 2 liters of water to a boil and add 200 g of sugar. If you prefer a sugar-free version, you can skip this step or use sweetener.
Cook the mixture until you have a syrup, then remove it from the heat.
Pour the hot syrup into the fruit mixture.
Mix well and then filter again to obtain a smoother liquid.
Pour the homemade Fanta into clean, dry glass bottles while it is still hot.
Make sure you close the lids tightly to prevent air from entering.
Let the bottles cool for 20-24 hours.
