  • 1 teaspoon vanilla sugar
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 40 g of sugar
  • 15 g cornstarch
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 100 g of condensed milk
  • Canela, cacao o chocolate para decorar

Recipe 2:

  • 35 grams of coffee
  • 100 grams of sugar
  • 140 ml cold water
  • 100 g de ricota
  • 100 g of condensed milk
  • 120 ml de nata para montar
  • Juice of 2 oranges
  • Finger biscuits
  • Chocolate para decorar

Method:

Recipe 1:

  1. Preparation of milk:
  • In a saucepan, heat the milk with the lemon zest and vanilla sugar until it boils.
  1. Preparation of the cream:
  • In a bowl, beat the yolks with the sugar and cornstarch.
  • Add the egg yolk mixture to the hot milk, stirring continuously until the cream thickens.
  • Let cool.
  1. Preparation of the lemon mixture:
  • Once the cream has cooled, add the lemon juice and condensed milk, beating until you obtain a thick consistency.
  1. Decoration and cooling:
  • Decorar con canela, cacao o chocolate.
  • Place in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before serving.

  • Mix the coffee with the sugar and cold water, whisking until thickened.
  1. Preparation of the cream:
  • In a bowl, mix the ricotta, condensed milk and whipping cream until you obtain a smooth cream.
  • Add the orange juice and mix well.
  1. Dessert assembly:
  • On a baking tray, place a layer of Savoiardi biscuits.
  • Pour the cream over the biscuits, leveling it well.
  • Repeat with a second layer of biscuits and cream, if necessary.
  1. Decoration and cooling:
  • Decorate with grated chocolate.
  • Place in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before serving.
