It is possible to store whole frozen tomatoes in airtight plastic bags lined with absorbent paper. To do this, simply wash the tomatoes in water and vinegar and dry them well.

After carrying out this operation, all that remains  is to insert them into the airtight bags  and create the vacuum either with a straw or with the vacuum machine. You can  keep them for 1 month.

Chopped tomatoes

To freeze already cut tomatoes, wash and dry the tomatoes well, then  cut them into desired size pieces. Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and freeze them for at least an hour. Once frozen, remove them from the pan and transfer them  to food bags, then place them in the freezer. You can keep it like this for 3 to 6 months.

Tomato sauce

This is an operation that we are used to doing. Prepare the tomato sauce  as usual, then let it cool completely. Once cooled,  transfer to food containers  and freeze.
