  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking dish.
  2. In a skillet, cook the ground chicken over medium heat until browned. Add chopped onions and minced garlic, cooking until onions are translucent.
  3. Stir in the tomato sauce, dried oregano, dried basil, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 10 minutes.
  4. Layer the sliced potatoes at the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
  5. Spoon a portion of the chicken and tomato sauce mixture over the potatoes. Sprinkle with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
