- Carefully pour the curdled mixture into the colander, allowing the whey to drain away. The curds will collect in the cloth.

- Gather the corners of the cheesecloth and gently twist them together to form a bundle.
- Apply light pressure to squeeze out any remaining whey from the curds.
- Place the wrapped curds on a plate and shape them into a round or rectangular form, depending on your preference.
- Let the cheese sit at room temperature for a few hours to further drain and solidify.
Step 5: Refrigeration and Enjoyment
- Once the cheese has reached the desired consistency, carefully unwrap it from the cheesecloth and transfer it to a container.
- Refrigerate the cheese for at least a few hours to allow it to firm up and develop its flavors.
- Your homemade cheese is now ready to be enjoyed! Slice it, crumble it, or use it in your favorite recipes.
