What to do? I took bags of food, poured a tablespoon of salt into each and put them on my feet. Then I put socks on top.

I used regular salt and fine salt, although they say it’s better to use coarse salt.

And so, I wandered around the house for 40 minutes. Why exactly 40 minutes – I don’t know!

There was no feeling of discomfort. The only thing is that the feet in the bags did not breathe and were sweaty.

Some moments were very pleasant. My heels felt like they were getting a massage. And the rustling of the bags in my socks calmed me. I don’t know why, but it was like that.

After 40 minutes, I took off my socks, took my feet out of the salt bags and threw the salt out of the same bags. Sent the socks to the wash.

Then I took a bath with salt and went to bed.

I slept very well all night! I didn’t even have dreams. I closed my eyes and when I opened them in the morning, I felt full of strength and energy.

As a result, I can say that salt in socks is a wonderful thing for relieving fatigue and tension in the legs. And of course, the salt in my socks helped me get rid of the negativity.
