- 2 cups shredded white cheddar cheese
- ½ cup grated parmesan cheese, plus an additional ½ cup for topping
- ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 baking dish.
- Boil the cauliflower florets until just tender (about 3-4 minutes), then drain thoroughly.
- Place the cauliflower in the baking dish.
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs, heavy cream, spices, and cheeses. Stir in the cooled melted butter.
- Pour this rich cheese mixture over the cauliflower. Sprinkle the extra parmesan on top.
