Whisk warm milk, warm water, vegetable oil, sugar, and yeast together.
In a separate bowl, whisk the flour with salt.
Combine the flour mixture with the liquids and knead until a smooth dough forms. Set the dough aside for 1 hour.
Meanwhile, mix ricotta, egg, and mozzarella cheese. Season with salt to taste.
Divide the dough into 6 portions, roll each into a ball, and flatten into disks. Place 2 heaping tablespoons of ricotta filling in the center of each dough disk.
Pinch and seal the edges of the dough, then roll it out slightly.
Cook the Plăcintă with some vegetable oil over medium-low heat for 3-4 minutes per side.
Serve and enjoy!
