Mix 250 ml of room temperature water and a tablespoon of sodium thiosulfate until completely dissolved.

 

Pour the solution directly onto the bleach stain and leave for a few minutes, then wash the item of clothing in cold water. Do not rub.

Second tip

Mix two equal parts rubbing alcohol and white vinegar. Dampen a cloth in the solution and apply it to the stain, dabbing but not rubbing.

Wash the garment in cold water and, if necessary, repeat the operation until the stain is completely gone.

As you can see, it is possible  to recover a garment that has bleach stains  , simply by applying one of the two tips described above.
